With this hassle-free management package, we manage your Winter Park nightly rental home for you. From listing your home on nightly rental sites, collecting the fees, paying taxes, cleaning and maintaining we handle it all.

We take professional photos, write descriptions, market to potential guests, analyze your placement, set prices, manage bookings, check-in and check-out, payments, housekeeping and minor maintenance.
Listing and managing bookings:
We list your site on major nightly rental sites including Airbnb, HomeAway, and VRBO.
Your nightly rental home will also be listed on our exclusive Winter Park, Colorado Magazine site www.VisitWinterPark.com. With thousands of monthly website visitors interested in the Winter Park, Colorado area our partner company Visit Winter Park online magazine drives these visitors to our lodging site. Giving you an advantage over others only listing their homes on nightly rental sites.

You’ll receive a monthly report showing you how your nightly rental mountain home performed the month prior. Included in your report will be the total amount earned, nights booked, maintenance fees, our fees and you will receive a monthly payment.
We manage cleaning of your home after each nightly rental. Our staff or qualified partner company will clean after each rental, cleaning fees are billed to guests when they book your nightly rental so you never have to pay for cleaning.
We manage maintenance for your home. The Visit Winter Park Lodging Staff or a qualified partner maintenance company will perform minor maintenance on your home, maintenance details and costs will be included in your monthly report and any costs with the maintenance will be subtracted from your rental income. Any maintenance requiring more than $200 will need to be signed off by you.
Laundry, our cleaning staff or our qualified cleaning partners will launder your homes linens and return them to your home.
We want you to sleep soundly knowing your nightly rental is being taken care of and that we are producing the most revenue possible for you.
You manage the details:
We list your nightly rental on our exclusive Winter Park lodging website. Our fee for this is only 10% and we don’t get paid until your listing is booked. You’ll receive a once a month report showing rental income, nights booked and our fees. We’ll send you payment once a month. You are required to manage your own booking for other nightly rental sites, cleaning, maintenance, check-in and check-out and taxes.
Your booking on our site will be held for one business day to confirm availability.
