Located at the end of a quiet Cul-De-Sac this unit backs up to open space. You can park your car when you arrive and never use it again until you’re ready to head home.
Both bedrooms are located on the ground floor along with a full bathroom, equipment closet, and a stacked full sized washer and dryer.
On the second floor, you’ll find vaulted ceilings with an open floor plan which includes the living, dining and kitchen areas. Also located on the second floor is the second full bathroom.
This unit has two flat screen smart 40” televisions one located in the living room, the second is located in the bunkroom and is not hooked in to cable, Netflix, Hulu and other online services are available with your account information and wireless internet.
Bedroom one has a queen sized bed and a closet. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom bunk and a twin mattress on the top bunk. Also located in the second bedroom is a queen size bed and a small desk. The desk is great if you have a member of the family that needs to catch up on work, homework or likes to play on their laptop.
This unit sleeps seven, there is also an electric pump inflatable twin size bed with bedding if needed.
The unit has a fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig 2.0 hot, stand mixer, pots, pans, cooking utensils, French press.
The bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, conditioner and body gel.
The owners of this unit live on the other side of the duplex and the unit is well maintained and cleaned. This unit is not a party house, the owners request quiet after ten at night and minimal guests over.
